TLC's Extreme Couponing is looking for more couponers

Remember this post here where I shared clips from TLC's show Extreme Couponing? If you missed it, you gotta click here and go watch it. The show "profiled four shopaholics who use coupons to save thousands of dollars and amass huge stockpiles of goods. These shoppers go to the extremes, dumpster diving for coupons and spending hours a day searching the internet for great deals."

And the show has been renewed for 6 episodes and they are looking for more couponers to be featured on the show. If you are interested in being on an upcoming episode of TLC’s Extreme Couponing, email them at extremecouponingcasting@gmail.com.

I can think of several of you!! Not that you are a shopaholic. You could so bring a different slant to the show. You could share how you use couponing to not only bless your family, but bless the community around you.

  1. I wish you would go on the show! I was upset about how they portrayed the couponers as, well, basically hoarders. I appreciate that the last person featured did donate ALL that cereal. But what about his hundreds of hygiene products that he would never be able to use up? I also didn't like the fact that they mentioned a woman spent $70 buying coupons off the internet, but then said she got her total order for $50. No. She got it for $120. I wish you would go show the viewers that you can use coupons to be able to afford to do what you love without spending ALL your free time on couponing to the detriment of your family. AND be able to afford to GIVE!!!!

  2. I think you should consider signing up! What an opportunity to show how couponers can:
    feed orphans in Ethiopia
bring hope to a child in another country (via Operation Christmas Child)
donate excess goods to those right here in our community
and you teach others how to do the same - multiplying the generosity and love!
Plus you have such a cute family ;-D
