  8. I also already like you on Facebook! As far as the deep tissue massage goes: yesterday, I found our two-year old twins, who we adopted from Ethiopia four months ago, stomping grapes in my living room. There are grapes in my floor vent. A massage would be nothing short of glorious.

I would really enjoy getting this massage...I've just come to the end o/my "spinal decompression" treatment, and unfortunately it's not relieved the numbness in my left arm, hand & fingers :-(
Having fibromyalgia only complicates things. If...

  28. You inspired me to start keeping my own "intentional" list. Each month I list a handful of goals I'd like to accomplish that month. It could be fun like going somewhere, or organizational (like filing all my papers). Even if I do just a few of them, I feel that I'm being more intentional with my extra time these days.

  41. You introduced "intentional" to my vocabulary and to my mothering style. Today what I was most intentional about was saying Jesus' name - as often as I could to my children and the other "little lambs" I was tending to. (And I promise to say it to the masseuse!)

  47. Would love a free massage! I've never had one before. I'm trying to be more intentional about spending a few minutes a day with each of my children alone to find out what's going on and make sure I don't miss out on how their little personalities are developing.
